by police 3 people were hurt 2 with a life threatening injuries at the hospital one woman in her 70's and as you mentioned the driver may have been impaired according to police. >>it happened during a busy afternoon at the corner of 23th and mission streets, san francisco police say the prius collided with a muni bus. 3 pedestrians were hurt a person in the cross walk that was struck and some somehow was sandwiched between the 2 cars. >>the bus continued northbound on mission stops and a male patient passenger disembark the bus as the car, the suspect vehicle was fleeing an northbound on the east curbside striking that person sustaining serious injuries, a 3rd victim, a woman suffered a non-life threatening injuries. police say the suspect driver left the scene and came back in minutes. he is cooperating with investigators this store owner in tears i see one when that happened monday, but no >>i'm really really back feel

discovered the problem is alarming this is just one of about 11,000 san jose water customers who received a notice from the water company warning of potential per floor locked in so far nic acid concentrations above the state notification level in their drinking water the substance also known as p f o s is describe a san jose waters and manmade substance that has been synthesized for water and fav resistance and used in products like carpets clothing and cookware they say exposure to the substance in tap water over certain levels may result in adverse health effects including thyroid and reproductive toxicity and pancreatic and liver cancer, not really knowing. >>much about what the substance can do to ourselves our children, our dogs. >>that's alarming the letter received by some neighbors this past weekend explains the water company begin monitoring their wells in 2019 and discovered pfa wessing cause in-tray shuns above the notification level in 6 of its wells and immediately discontinued use of those

as part of a joint public corruption investigation in san francisco. the issue stems from federal criminal charges filed against former public worksr mohammed nuru and san francisco restaurant owner nick san francisco city attorney dennis herrera is investigation into city corruption is expanding the right on the heels of last month's arrest of san francisco, public works directir mohammed nuru and dual center nick bovis on federal corruption charges. >>herrera has subpoenaed documents from a companies and nonprofits these are companies quote his office believes were involved in funneling donations to fund city programs and events including funding public works holiday parties. those companies include pacific gas and electric construction firms, web core pink alan clark, construction, recycling company, rick khalid g and 3 nonprofits duels foundation for kids. the san francisco parks alliance and the san

>>all your money tonight. the fda has issued a recall for a popular insulin pump used by thousands of patients with type one diabetes the recall applies to certain medtronic many med 600 series insulin pumps. one patient has died and more than 2000 have been injured by the devices, according to the fda. the faulty pumps deliver incorrect insulin. doses that is which can lead to serious medical complications. the recall includes about 322,000 devices. >>if you have flown southwest airlines in the last year and a half of this is disturbing news your life was at risk. that's according to a government report it found poor f a a oversight of southwest airlines. the us department of transportation's inspector general conducted an 18 month audit. it was sparked by a whistleblower complaint about a quote number of operational issues at the airline including pilot training deficiencies and
